Childrens Elasta Bootie Jazz Shoe by Bloch

Half boot/ half shoe with side elastic inserts.  Leather upper with split sole EVA rubber forefoot and heel pads.  Elastic insert replaces the need for laces.  The toe shape allows the toes to spread in the demi pointe position and an exceptional fit has been achieved in the upper arch.
